Job Description
HarmonyCares is seeking a Medical Assistant in the Beaumont area to support home-based primary and palliative care for medically complex, home-limited patients. In this field-based role, you'll accompany providers on home visits, obtain vitals, perform basic clinical procedures, document in the EHR, and coordinate labs, referrals, and follow-up. You'll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, provide patient and family education, and help reduce avoidable hospitalizations.
