Job Description

Franklin County Rural Health Clinic is seeking a friendly and reliable Medical Assistant to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for patient care, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients in person and by phone Take vital signs and update medical records Prepare patients for exams and procedures Assist providers during exams Perform basic administrative tasks, including scheduling and data entry Maintain clean and organized clinical areas
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a medical assistant or similar role preferred Strong customer service and computer skills Ability to work well in a team and with diverse patients Bilingual a plus, but not required
