Bilingual Back Office Medical Assistant New You Wellness Center - Tomball, TX About Us New You Wellness Center is a boutique wellness and preventive medicine clinic dedicated to helping patients achieve optimal health through personalized, compassionate care. We are looking for a highly motivated Bilingual Back Office Medical Assistant who is passionate about patient care and committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience. Position Summary The Back Office Medical Assistant plays a vital role in supporting our medical providers while ensuring efficient daily clinical operations. The ideal candidate is warm, compassionate, detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys caring for people and understands that exceptional customer service is just as important as excellent clinical skills. Key Responsibilities Deliver an outstanding patient experience by providing compassionate, professional, and personalized care. Prepare patients for medical consultations and procedures. Obtain and accurately document vital signs, medical histories, and chief complaints. Perform venipuncture and blood draws for in-house laboratory testing. Process, label, and prepare laboratory specimens according to protocol. Administer injections and medications within the Medical Assistant scope of practice. Assist providers during medical, wellness, regenerative, and aesthetic procedures. Maintain accurate and confidential Electronic Medical Records (EMR). Ensure complete and accurate clinical documentation. Manage and maintain medical and office inventory, including ordering and stocking supplies. Prepare exam and procedure rooms before and after each patient. Follow OSHA, HIPAA, infection control, and clinic safety standards. Collaborate with providers and team members to maintain an efficient clinical workflow. Support patients by answering questions, providing education, and ensuring they feel comfortable throughout their visit. Qualifications Certified Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) preferred or equivalent clinical experience. Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written). Proven experience performing venipuncture/phlebotomy . Experience administering injections. Comfortable obtaining vital signs and documenting medical information. Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR). Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail. Professional appearance and positive attitude.
