This is a front desk position. Responsibilities Greet patients and provide excellent service Answer phones, check voicemail, and manage emails Schedule appointments and maintain daily calendars Check patients in and out and coordinate patient flow with practitioners Set up new patient referrals and gather required documentation Verify insurance information and assist with payment plans Keep schedules and patient work-in-process (WIP) updated Post on social media accounts as necessary Perform light office upkeep to keep patient areas clean and ready Requirements Strong organization and communication skills Comfortable with computers, scheduling systems, and email
