Job Description
Front office experience/ Nursing duties-PRN Greet & welcome patients as soon as they arrive at the office, with compassion and patience Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Provided basic & accurate information in person and via phone Scheduling appointments Confirm next day appointments Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing,photocopying, scanning & faxing Check in & check out patients Collect & post payments Must have experience in taking vitals & administering vaccines Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
