Medical Assistant/Receptionist

Medical Assistant - Busy Medical Clinic & Med Spa We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Medical Assistant to join our growing medical clinic and med spa team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys providing exceptional patient care, and is passionate about health, wellness, and aesthetics.

Responsibilities:

Room and prepare patients for appointments and treatments including vital signs and support providers as needed. Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection Assist providers with medical and aesthetic procedures Record and maintain accurate patient information in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system Manage patient scheduling, check-in/check-out, and appointment coordination Answer and manage incoming phone calls professionally Provide outstanding customer service and patient education Maintain treatment rooms, inventory, and clinic cleanliness Support both front-office and back-office operations as needed Support office protocols and procedures

Qualifications:

Medical Assistant certification preferred Proven phlebotomy experience required Experience with EHR systems and computer documentation Strong phone, communication, and customer service skills Excellent time management and organizational abilities Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy clinical environment Professional appearance and positive attitude Team-oriented with strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a med spa, wellness clinic, or aesthetic practice and or medical clinic Experience assisting with cosmetic and aesthetic procedures Licensed Master Esthetician Knowledge of skincare products and aesthetic treatments is a plus
