The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care in the clinic office setting. This position requires a strong understanding of women's health, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures. Prepare patients for their appointments by taking vital signs and medical histories. Administer medications and injections as directed by the provider. Perform basic laboratory tests. Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with coding standards. Schedule appointments and manage patient flow to optimize clinic operations. Answering phones. Educate patients on treatment plans and provide instructions for follow-up care. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the medical office environment. Requirements Certification as a Medical Assistant or equivalent experience in a healthcare setting. Knowledge of outpatient and inpatient care processes, particularly in internal medicine. Strong understanding of anatomy and medical terminology. Experience in coding practices is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. Excellent interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction and support.
