In this role, you'll assist providers with patient care, perform clinical and administrative duties, and help ensure a seamless patient experience across various clinic settings. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, works well independently, and thrives in a collaborative, patient-focused environment. The ideal candidate is flexible, dependable, team-oriented, and comfortable supporting different clinic teams based on operational needs. What You'll Do Greet and room patients while creating a positive patient experience Measure and document vital signs, patient history, and clinical information Prepare exam rooms and assist providers during patient visits Perform phlebotomy and collect blood and urine samples Support front office and administrative clinic functions as needed Maintain accurate documentation and follow clinical protocols and workflows Deliver concierge-level customer service and compassionate patient care Exercise sound clinical judgment within scope of role Travel between assigned clinic locations to provide coverage and operational support as needed What You'll Bring High school diploma or equivalent required Current BLS Certification required One of the following qualifications: Completion of a formal Medical Assistant program with diploma/certificate and at least 2 years of recent Medical Assistant experience Minimum 3 years of recent Medical Assistant experience obtained through on-the-job training Relevant military medic experience Strong patient care, communication, and customer service skills Phlebotomy experience preferred Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-centered clinical environment Flexibility and willingness to travel between assigned clinic locations Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced and changing clinical environment Reliable transportation is required Location & Travel Requirements This Float Medical Assistant role will support multiple clinic locations within the assigned market.
