$20.00 per hour plus quarterly performance-based bonuses.

Your Role as a Diagnostic Testing Medical Assistant at RxWellness You will play a vital role in guiding patients to better health through diagnostic testing and tailored therapy solutions across both Ashburn and Aldie locations.

You will:

Conduct diagnostic assessments to identify sensitivities and deficiencies. Safely deliver treatments tailored to individual patient needs. Develop customized therapeutic plans in collaboration with providers. Monitor and document patient reactions, ensuring safety and comfort. Educate patients on test results, therapy benefits, and wellness strategies. Ensure clean, organized, and welcoming treatment areas.

What We're Looking For Licensure/Certification:

Certified Medical Assistant (Preferred)

Diagnostic Testing Skills:

Experience preferred; training available. Ability to commute to Ashburn Strong communication and patient education skills. Team-oriented and committed to excellence in patient care.
