- Medical Assistant Certification required as well as previous training and proven work experience working in a fast paced specialty medical practice in the back office (at least 2 years experience), ideally with front office experience.
- Must have experience with EMR System; at least 2 years experience as a medical assistant, preferably in a specialty practice and fluent in all back office duties and responsibilities; willingness to be cross trained in other departments; excellent Customer Service skills; dependable, reliable, strong Team Player.
- Individual must enjoy a fast paced office, multi-task, and have outstanding customer service skills.
- Hours are M-F 8:30-5:00 p.m..
- Excellent benefits.
- Office locations are both Chesapeake and Suffolk.
