Responsibilities Assist healthcare providers with patient intake, including collecting medical histories and vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration. Prepare examination rooms and ensure all necessary supplies and equipment are ready for patient procedures Manage electronic health records (EHR/EHR systems), ensuring accurate documentation of patient encounters, medical histories, diagnoses (ICD coding), treatments, and follow-up instructions. Support medical office management by scheduling appointments, managing patient flow, and handling administrative duties like medical records organization and insurance documentation. Provide patient service by answering questions, explaining procedures, and ensuring a positive experience during visits. Pay:
$18.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 - 40.0 per week
