  • Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and administrative support within our clinic. This position requires a strong understanding of medical terminology, patient service, and the ability to work effectively in including pain management specialty. Duties Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures. Prepare and maintain patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Perform routine clinical tasks such as taking vital signs and administering injections. Provide excellent patient service by addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional manner. Schedule appointments and manage clinic systems to ensure efficient workflow. Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinical environment. Support administrative functions including billing, coding, and insurance verification. Experience Certification as a Medical Assistant is required. Previous experience as an MA in a clinical setting preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology and proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems is essential. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care and service excellence. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
