In this rewarding part-time position, you'll play a key role in providing exceptional patient care, ensuring seamless clinical operations, and creating a welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors. Responsibilities Prepare patients for examinations by taking vital signs and updating medical histories with care and precision. Support physicians during exams and minor procedures by readying all necessary supplies and instruments. Conduct basic laboratory tests and prepare specimens accurately for analysis. Ensure patient records are maintained up-to-date and confidential, adhering strictly to HIPAA standards. Coordinate patient appointments and assist with office communications to keep operations running smoothly. Provide patients with clear education on treatment plans, medications, and personalized skincare routines. Keep exam rooms and medical supplies meticulously clean and well-organized to maintain a safe environment. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; Medical Assistant certification preferred. Previous experience as a Medical Assistant or in a similar clinical role. Knowledge of medical terminology and dermatology-related practices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with patients and staff. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic computer software. Benefits Benefits of joining
