Responsibilities:

Obtain patient clinical vitals Assist physician with general patient care Administer vaccines Clean and stock exam rooms Call in prescriptions Process pre-authorization requests Answer multi-line phones Schedule appointments Serve as backup for counterpart at other office locations. Other duties as assigned.

Experience:

Minimum of one (1) year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified preferred. Willing to commute to Lansdowne, Purcellville and StoneSprings offices. Must be a team player, with a strong work ethic. Working knowledge of medical terminology. Detail oriented and ability to work in a fast paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Professional and able to work independently. Strong computer and general office skills. Experience with EMR system preferred.
