This role is perfect for someone who loves working with people and thrives in a fast-paced medical/aesthetic environment. The ideal candidate is someone kind, friendly, and welcoming. You'll be the first face our patients see! We want a team player who is also attentive, compassionate, and dedicated to creating an exceptional customer experience. Job Description Perform various office duties including check in and out patients, preparing rooms, answering and directing phone calls, scheduling patient appointments, preparing medication for medical staff and providing excellence front desk customer service. Support providers during aesthetic + wellness treatments. Phlebotomy tasks a bonus. Must be a team player.
Requirements:
Must have recent and current Certified Medical Assistance (CMA) license. Active BLS certification Professional appearance and polished personal presentation. Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills. Social media experience a plus
Pay:
$18.00 - $23.00 per hour
