Upon Hire Basic Life Support Skills Demonstrated knowledge of and ability to apply age specific principles of growth and development and life stages to meet each patient's needs. Primary Care Medical Home:
Use decision support functions of EHR in tandem with standing order/protocols to manage patient populations. Assist provider in documenting details of patient encounter, order tests and referrals. PHMG
V Trauma SW:
Manages providers' schedules for call shifts, clinic times and meetings. Arrange cases and clinic appointments to assure maximum effectiveness of surgeon and PA. Schedules post-op and follow-ups for surgical and trauma patients. Completes surgery scheduling process by coordinating patient, surgery department and provider coordination of care between specialties. Billing for trauma and acute care surgery. Assist in seamless care of patient from discharge through recovery.LCR Sleep:
DME Facilitation- mask fitting, PAP pressure changes, troubleshooting, scheduling, etc.
