Job Description
CERTIFIED MEDICAL ASSISTANT
We have an immediate full-time opportunity for an energetic Certified Medical Assistant to join our busy clinic on the west side of Olympia. Some of the qualities we are searching for would be friendly, motivated, reliable, detail-oriented, with a good work ethic. We are a specialty clinic that relies on good team work from all our employees. This is a Monday- Friday position with no weekends. We strive to achieve the best medical care for our patients. We want all our patients to feel comfortable with our entire staff in a professional environment. Only accepting applications from Medical Assistants. Experience in pain management is preferable but not required. As a Medical Assistant your daily duties will include but not limited to the following:
- Greeting and rooming the patients
- Obtaining information such as blood pressure, height, weight, drug allergies, current medications, Social history, and presenting problem.
- Daily preparation of charts for the next business day.
- Managing of patient flow
- Calling and returning phone calls from patients promptly
- Speaking with other medical facilities
- Sending Referrals
- Input of daily patient intake paperwork
- ordering supplies for the office
- CPT and diagnosis coding
- preparing patients for procedures
- faxing chart notes to other providers
- Scribing for providers
Position Requirements:
High school diploma or GED equivalent Washington State Certification as aMedical Assistant-Certified Job Type:

$20.00- $24.
