Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Clinical Support Staff member, where your expertise as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), or Medical Assistant - Registered (eligible), will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care. You will be the backbone of daily clinical operations, ensuring smooth patient flow, accurate documentation, and compassionate service. Duties Assist with patient flow, rooming patients, vital signs, and current medications using Epic (EHR) system. Perform clinical tasks such as vaccine administration, finger and heal pokes, POCT lab tests, stocking rooms, and supporting your team in many ways. Document all patient interactions accurately in the medical record. Support physicians and advanced practice providers. Manage medical records efficiently within Electronic Health Records (EHR) or Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems to ensure compliance and easy retrieval. Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment, adhering to safety protocols and infection control standards. Skills Strong knowledge of medical terminology. Proven experience in outpatient clinics. Skilled in performing vital signs assessment, specimen collection, and vaccine administration with accuracy and professionalism. Familiarity with Epic for efficient electronic health records management and documentation. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically across diverse populations. Ability to work effectively within medical office management protocols while supporting medical administrative functions like appointment scheduling and insurance processing.
