Our concierge primary care practice offers a different kind of healthcare experience—for both patients and staff. We intentionally schedule longer appointments, avoid double-booking, and believe meaningful relationships are the foundation of exceptional medicine. We're searching for a Washington State Certified Medical Assistant (MA-C) who enjoys connecting with patients, takes pride in delivering outstanding care, and wants to be part of a supportive, collaborative team.   • Paid MA certification renewal and continuing education What You'll Do You'll play an essential role in creating an exceptional patient experience while supporting both clinical and administrative workflows.
Responsibilities include:
  • Rooming patients and obtaining vital signs
  • Updating medical histories and documenting visits
  • Performing phlebotomy, injections, immunizations, EKGs, and point-of-care testing
  • Assisting physicians with examinations and procedures
  • Coordinating preventive care and annual wellness visits
  • Managing patient communication, referrals, and follow-up care
  • Preparing and maintaining accurate electronic medical records
  • Assisting with scheduling, prior authorizations, and other front office responsibilities when needed
  • Helping maintain an organized, efficient, and welcoming clinic environment We're Looking For Someone Who
Required:
A current Washington State Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C) credential
  • Graduated from an accredited Medical Assistant program
  • Has at least one year of experience in an outpatient medical practice
  • Enjoys working closely with patients and providing compassionate care
  • Is organized, dependable, adaptable, and detail-oriented
  • Communicates professionally with patients, providers, and teammates
  • Is comfortable using electronic medical records and other technology Please note: Washington State MA-R and Medical Assistant-Phlebotomist credentials do not meet the qualifications for this position.
