Position OverviewAre you naturally welcoming, highly organized, and passionate about helping people? No medical office experience? No problem! We are looking for the right personality and attitude, and we will fully train you on everything you need to know. As our Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, helping our clinic run smoothly with a smile.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients warmly upon arrival and check them in for appointments. Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and schedule patient appointments. Collect co-pays, verify health insurance benefits, and process payments. Maintain clean, organized front office and waiting room areas. Update patient records securely using our clinic software. Collaborate with our therapists to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Strong communication skills, multitasking abilities, and basic computer comfort.

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
