PM Work Locations:
Shoreline, WA Edmonds, WA Key Responsibilities Support physicians and clinical staff with patient care activities. Room patients, obtain vital signs, and document medical information. Assist with patient intake, scheduling, and coordination of care. Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation. Prepare examination rooms, supplies, and equipment. Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and care teams. Perform administrative and clinical duties while ensuring efficient workflow. Follow all safety, regulatory, and organizational policies and procedures. Required Qualifications Active Washington State MA-C (Medical Assistant-Certified) License Current BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment. Preferred Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility and adaptability. Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities. Team-oriented mindset with a patient-focused approach. Travel Requirements Travel between Shoreline and Edmonds locations 1-2 times per week. No travel between multiple locations during the same work shift.
