This role focuses on completing pre-visit chart reviews, preparing charts for providers, reviewing patient information, and uploading existing test results into the electronic medical record. The Clinic Assistant helps ensure clinicians have accurate, organized information available before each appointment, supporting efficient visits and coordinated patient care. This position may require that employees have and maintain an activated smartphone that receives text messaging and/or ability to have a required app such as authenticator apps as some job functions require use of multi-factor authentication (MFA). Hiring range generally between $19.07/hour to $22.86/hour, and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience. Multiple Schedules/Locations Full-Time at Salmon Creek (2525 NE 139th Street - Vancouver, WA 98686) : Monday through Friday, 7:45a-4:15p Part-Time at Camas (4500 SE Columbia Palisades Drive - Camas, WA 98607): variable 20 hours per week with start times as early as 8:00a and end times as late as 4:30p
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required Ophthalmology clinic experience required Knowledge of medical terminology and ophthalmic terminology preferred Two years of experience in a health care environment preferred. Epic EHR experience preferred. Vancouver Clinic provides care across a wide range of medical decisions. This includes care and opinions on vaccinations, reproductive health, end-of-life decision-making, and gender affirming treatment. Pay Range:
$18.70 - $26.17 The above information is intended to indicate the general nature and level of work required in this position.
