Part Time Medical Assistant Job Description The Medical Assistant plays a vital role in the operations of the clinic, acting as a scribe for the provider and assisting with all necessary duties. This position promotes a friendly and efficient environment for patients, staff, and providers. Responsibilities include rooming patients, assisting with the preparation for procedures, and working within Electronic Medical Records systems using the Eclipse scheduling database and MediNotes systems. Responsibilities Act as a scribe for the healthcare provider. Promote a friendly and efficient environment for patients, staff, and providers. Room patients and assist with preparation for medical procedures. Work within Electronic Medical Records systems. Utilize Eclipse scheduling database and MediNotes systems. Essential Skills 1 year of Medical Assistant experience required. Knowledge of medical assisting and terminology. Proficiency in using electronic health records and triage. Procedure assistance experience required. Medical Assistant Diploma or CMA required, unless individual has over 3 years of recent experience.

Work Environment Schedule:

Tuesday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM Wednesday and Thursday from 7:15 AM to 5:00 PM Clinic is located in Grafton, WI. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Grafton, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
