Who We're Looking For You might be the right fit if you are: A go-getter who sees what needs to be done and jumps in Self-motivated — you don't need constant direction Friendly, warm, and welcoming — creating an amazing patient experience is a top priority Someone who works well with others and thrives in a team environment Positive, adaptable, and solution-oriented Excited to learn and grow in a non-traditional medical setting Tech-savvy / computer literate and comfortable with systems, communication tools, and social media Willing to learn and adopt functional and alternative medicine approaches What You'll Be Doing Greeting patients and making them feel comfortable, welcomed, and excited to be here Rooming patients and assisting with clinical flow Assisting with injections (as trained/comfortable) Supporting providers during procedures Assisting the doctor with miscellaneous tasks Managing patient inquiries, inbox communication, and call-backs Calling pharmacies and coordinating care needs Educating patients on therapies (as you learn and grow) Stocking and maintaining clinical supplies Keeping the clinic clean, organized, and maintaining excellent hygiene standards Jumping in wherever an extra hand is needed No two days look the same — and that's exactly how we like it. Qualifications Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) At least 1 year of clinical experience preferred Computer literate / comfortable with technology Strong communication and interpersonal skills What Makes This Different This is not a "clock in, clock out" job.
