Job Description

Medical Assistant - Aesthetic & Wellness Center Medical Assisting Certificate is required for this position. Are you passionate about beauty, wellness, and providing exceptional client care? As a Medical Assistant in our med spa, you'll support our clinical and administrative teams, help maintain smooth daily operations, and ensure every client enjoys a seamless, welcoming experience. Key Responsibilities:
Assist the clinical team with treatments and patient care Maintain treatment rooms and equipment to ensure 100% readiness and cleanliness Support patient intake, registration, and accurate EMR documentation Provide high-end customer service via in-person, phone, email, and text communication Educate clients on treatments, products, and post-care protocols Monitor and respond to office voicemail, email inquiries, and text messages Check clients in/out and schedule follow-up visits using our booking software Manage skincare inventory and complete weekly reconciliations Assist with clinical social media content and behind-the-scenes insights Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Treatment Room Readiness:
100% prepared before each client visit
Client Satisfaction:
Maintain post-treatment ratings of 4.5+
Inventory Accuracy:
Less than 5% weekly discrepancy
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required Completion of a Medical Assistant program preferred Experience in medical aesthetics or a medical office setting is a plus Minimum 2 years of customer service experience Strong communication skills and attention to detail Impeccable personal appearance and professionalism Physical ability to bend, lift, and stand for extended periods Flexible availability, including evenings or weekends if needed Must meet all U.S. employment and eligibility requirements Driftless Aesthetics is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
