Position Title:
Cryotherapy Specialist & Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)

CEO & Spa Manager Summary Driftless Aesthetics is seeking a Cryotherapy Specialist & Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our growing team. This role combines traditional Medical Assistant responsibilities with hands-on Cryotherapy and Body Sculpting services in a fast-paced, patient-focused medical spa environment. The ideal candidate is a Certified Medical Assistant who enjoys building relationships with patients, educating clients on wellness and aesthetic services, and helping individuals achieve their health and body goals. This position offers the opportunity to work directly with patients while becoming a key part of our Cryotherapy program. Key Responsibilities Cryotherapy Specialist Responsibilities Conduct consultations with prospective Cryotherapy clients Perform Cryo Body Sculpting treatments Perform Facial and Neck Cryotherapy treatments Educate clients on treatment benefits, expected results, and aftercare Recommend treatment plans and package options based on client goals Build strong client relationships that encourage retention and referrals Assist with marketing initiatives, before-and-after photos, and social media content as needed Maintain detailed treatment documentation and client records Promote Cryotherapy services and contribute to the growth of the program Medical Assistant Responsibilities Assist providers with patient care and treatments Prepare treatment rooms and ensure supplies are fully stocked Obtain and document patient information accurately Support patient intake, treatment preparation, and follow-up care Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization throughout the clinic Manage inventory and assist with supply ordering Respond to patient questions and communications professionally Support daily clinic operations and administrative tasks as needed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Maintain fully stocked, clean, and treatment-ready rooms at all times Maintain an average client satisfaction score of 4.5 or higher Complete patient charting accurately and timely Maintain a consistent schedule of Cryotherapy treatments through effective consultation and client follow-up Successfully convert consultations into treatment packages and memberships
Client Retention:
Encourage repeat visits and completion of recommended treatment plans Complete inventory counts with less than a 5% discrepancy Compensation $21.00 per hour
Cryotherapy Services:
$30 per Cryo Body Sculpting session performed $15 per Facial or Neck Cryotherapy session performed
Additional Bonus:
