We confirm your availability early and communicate any schedule changes in advance. Whether you're seeking extra income, healthcare experience, or a flexible schedule, we'd love to have you. Paid training provided. What You'll Do Greet and support plasma donors throughout their visit Perform phlebotomy (venipuncture) and operate plasma collection equipment Monitor donors during the donation process and respond to reactions Check vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature) Collect and record donor information and test samples Maintain clean, stocked, and safe work areas Support team operations and continuous improvement efforts What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent Ability to stand/walk for extended periods Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to lift up to 32 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) Comfortable working in a clinical setting (including frequent glove use) Customer service or patient-facing experience preferred Why BioLife (Takeda)?
