Medical Assistant /Clinical Research Technician Key Responsibilities Phlebotomy experience required Perform procedures including vital signs, ECG lead placement, phlebotomy, urine collection, meal administration, and subject positioning Assist with dose verification to ensure accurate subject identification and dosing Monitor participants and report adverse events or complaints to clinical leadership Collect and record physical measurements (height, weight, BMI) Maintain accurate documentation of all study activities Ensure participant safety, comfort, and protocol adherence Follow study-specific training and procedures Support quality assurance and compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and GCP standards Complete additional tasks as assigned by clinical leadership

MUST HAVE

Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Phlebotomy experience required Clinical research or healthcare experience preferred Knowledge of clinical research processes, SOPs, and GCP guidelines Experience with patient care, chart review, or research activities preferred Shift Monday-Friday with some weekends and holidays. Availability to work 8 hours within the 6am-6 pm window. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of West Bend, WI.
