Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Assistant. You will administer treatment protocols in a one on one setting with clients . This is a part time position with competitive pay. Training and certification will be provided on site, using laser and nutritional information about weight loss.

Responsibilities:

• One on one exchange with clients.
• Note taking and phone communication.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and their families.
• Ability to handle phones, scheduling and front desk tasks.
• Utilize knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology in daily tasks.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required with experience in a medical setting would be beneficial
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is highly preferred
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients.

Pay increases possible after fully trained and have full understanding of the position. There will be a 90 day probationary period and a background check is required.
