Medical Coder

Medical Coder LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a reputable healthcare organization in North Phoenix is seeking an experienced Certified Medical Coder to join their team. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in multi-specialty coding who is looking for long-term stability and flexibility after initial training. The hourly rate is up to $34/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately assign CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes for a variety of medical specialties Review clinical documentation to ensure coding accuracy and compliance Work closely with providers and billing teams to clarify diagnoses and procedures Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and payer-specific regulations Identify and resolve coding discrepancies or denials Maintain productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced environment Stay current on coding updates, regulations, and best practices

Qualifications:

Active coding certification required (CPC, CCS, or equivalent) Minimum of 5 years of recent medical coding experience across multiple specialties Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding systems Experience working with electronic health records (EHR/EMR) systems High attention to detail and accuracy Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines If you are interested, please apply now!

Pay Details:
