Integrated Physicians Management Services (IPMS), a premier Management Services Organization with over 25 years of excellence, is expanding and seeking a Medical Coder with a valid CPC certification to join our dedicated team. Role Overview:
As a Medical Coder, you will be responsible for accurately reviewing and assigning CPT and ICD codes while ensuring compliance with coding guidelines and payer requirements. This role plays a vital part in supporting clean claim submission, maximizing reimbursement, and maintaining overall revenue cycle integrity.

What You'll Do:
Review and assign accurate CPT and
ICD-9/10
codes Ensure compliance with coding regulations and payer guidelines Support claim accuracy and reimbursement processes Work collaboratively with billing teams, providers, and internal departments Maintain productivity and quality standards Participate in special projects and ongoing process improvements Assist with anesthesia coding functions when needed
Skills Needed:
Strong understanding of CPT and ICD coding guidelines Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and meet production goals Strong communication and teamwork skills EHR/EMR system experience preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
Qualifications:
Valid CPC Certification required Experience with Anesthesia coding preferred New CPC-certified candidates are encouraged to apply — training provided High School Diploma required Healthcare or coding experience preferred Why Work at IPMS?
