Job Description

Role:
Healthcare Business Analyst Location:
Hartford, CT - Onsite Gather, analyze, and document healthcare business requirements for clinical, claims, patient care, and operational workflows. Collaborate with stakeholders, providers, and technical teams to translate business needs into functional specifications and system enhancements. Analyze healthcare data, workflows, and processes to identify gaps, improve efficiency, and support compliance initiatives. Work with EHR/EMR systems, healthcare applications, and reporting tools to support business operations and data-driven decision-making. Facilitate requirement gathering sessions, create process flow diagrams, user stories, BRDs, and support UAT activities. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards such as HIPAA, CMS, and payer/provider guidelines. Support project implementation, issue resolution, stakeholder communication, and coordination across cross-functional healthcare teams.
