Job Description
Medical Coder/ Coding Specialist - Farmington, CT 13 week contract assignment Position onsite, work hours Monday thru Friday 8 AM to 4:30 PM We are seeking candidates with: Medical coding experience Hospital-based billing and coding experience Experience working in EMR/EHR systems An active coding certification, such as CPC, CCS, CCA, RHIT, or RHIA, or recent completion of a coding program Strong attention to detail and coding accuracy Availability to complete the full 13-week contract onsite in Farmington Experience with psychiatry or behavioral health coding , ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, claims auditing, coding edits, or denial resolution is preferred.
