Responsible for coding 2 Charts per hour! Perform accurate HCC risk adjustment coding for Medicare populations Review and code medical records in accordance with ICD and risk adjustment guidelines Meet established quality standards and productivity metrics Complete coding work while maintaining an average throughput of approximately 2 charts per hour
