EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma or GED equivalency

QUALIFICATIONS

Certified Professional Coding Designation (CPC) or equivalent certification required Knowledge of ICD-10, and CPT coding guidelines Medical terminology; anatomy and physiology Knowledge of payor guidelines Demonstrated ability to use a computer with Microsoft Office knowledge Excellent oral/written communication skills Must be well organized and detail-oriented Current and valid driver's license Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, employees and public
