Coding takes place across a wide range of acute care specialties including Cardiology, Oncology, Orthopedics, Neurology, Critical Care, and more. Travel and Housing during training may be provided by the client. Requirements Active RHIA, RHIT, or CCS credential required Direct acute care inpatient facility coding experience — must be fully coding charts (not auditing, pro-fee, or risk adjustment) Proficiency in ICD-10-CM/PCS and
MS-DRG/APR-DRG
assignment Familiarity with Epic, 3M, Cerner, or similar platforms Target productivity of 1.9 charts per hour Compensation $23.49
