They are seeking experienced, performance-driven legal professionals who bring demonstrated expertise, deep knowledge of litigation processes, and the ability to operate at a high level with minimal ramp-up time. These are not entry-level roles — every position requires a verifiable record of excellence in a professional legal environment. We are actively seeking experienced paralegals, attorneys, medical coders, and legal staff for the Commercial Litigation area. If you are a specialist who takes pride in technical mastery, procedural precision, and delivering results under pressure, we want to hear from you. Attorney - Dallas & New Jersey The Attorneys will handle substantive legal work across a portfolio of commercial litigation matters, providing high-quality research, writing, and case management support to partner-level attorneys. This is a high-output, intellectually demanding role best suited for a licensed attorney with a passion for commercial disputes, procedural strategy, and persuasive advocacy. This is a role for a motivated legal professional with solid foundational skills who is ready to contribute meaningfully to a fast-paced, high-stakes litigation environment from the first day. Medical Coder (IONM) - Dallas This specialized role sits at the intersection of medical coding and litigation support, focusing on Intraoperative Neurophysiological Monitoring (IONM). The firm handles complex medical-legal matters where accurate coding, documentation integrity, and an understanding of IONM clinical workflows are essential to building and defending cases. This is a unique, highly specialized role for an expert coder who understands how medical billing records become evidence. Legal Executive Assistant - New Jersey The Legal Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to senior partners and managing attorneys at the Newark office. This is a demanding, highly visible role that requires exceptional professionalism, discretion, and the ability to anticipate the needs of busy litigation attorneys managing complex commercial matters. The right candidate is not just an administrator — they are a strategic partner who keeps the office running efficiently and helps attorneys focus on what matters most. Universal Candidate Requirements — All Positions Demonstrated specialization in your field. We are not looking for generalists or candidates transitioning from unrelated areas. Every applicant must show deep, role-specific experience backed by concrete examples of work performed at a professional level. Technological proficiency from day one. You must be fully capable of operating the tools, software platforms, and technology systems required for your role — legal research platforms, case management software, e-filing systems, and any role-specific applications — without a learning curve that slows the team. A verifiable track record of excellence. Candidates must be able to demonstrate, through references, work samples, or documented history, a consistent record of high performance, reliability, and results in a professional legal environment. We uphold the highest standards — and we expect the same from our candidates. Solid experience with state and federal court matters.
