Job Summary Assigns appropriate diagnosis/procedure codes based on clinical information contained in the patient's medical record. Assigns appropriate ICD-10-CM, CPT and HCPCS codes as appropriate. Qualifications Education Required High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
