GME Program Director to Start New Family Medicine Residency in Lake Havasu, AZ

Develop and lead a new Family Medicine Residency Program in Lake Havasu, Arizona . A full-time position that will include direct patient clinical care and teaching and administrative responsibilities. Job Responsibilities Clinical care time will start around 70% and decrease as the program matures with more time on the admin/academic side. There may be some calls required for the clinic side. Oversee the quality of education, curricula, and experiential rotations Partner closely with Medical Staff and hospital staff to ensure effective integration within the organization Leading compensation with wRVU bonus structure and a full benefits package.
