regulations, NCQA standards, and other compliance requirements. Supervise medical staff, including physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals; foster a collaborative environment that promotes professional growth and high-quality patient services. Manage utilization review processes and oversee medical records documentation to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with legal standards. Collaborate with IT teams to optimize EMR (Electronic Medical Records) and EHR (Electronic Health Records) systems for efficient clinical workflows. Lead clinical research projects to advance evidence-based practices; analyze data to inform policy updates and improve patient outcomes. Develop budgets related to medical operations while ensuring resource allocation aligns with organizational priorities. Skills Extensive knowledge of managed care principles, healthcare management practices, and hospital operations. Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems and experience in utilizing healthcare technology for clinical documentation and data analysis. Strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology essential for effective clinical oversight. Proven project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously within regulatory frameworks such as HIPAA and FDA guidelines. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with supervising experience in diverse healthcare settings; ability to motivate teams toward shared goals.
