Generally responsible for either the creation of protocols for treatment by prehospital providers or providing leadership to the group of physicians who assist with the provision of medical oversight depending on which model of service delivery and which model of medical control are operating.

Interim Emergency Services Manager Shift - Monday - Friday. 8-hr. Day shift Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Emergency Services Manager to lead and coordinate emergency response efforts within our community-focused organization. In this vital role, you will oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of emergency services programs, ensuring swift and effective responses to crises involving individuals with developmental disabilities and underserved populations. Your leadership will foster collaboration across teams, strengthen community relationships, and uphold compliance with all relevant regulations. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and oversee emergency response protocols tailored to the needs of individuals with disabilities and underserved communities. Lead a team of social service professionals, providing supervision, training, and support to ensure high-quality service delivery. Manage program development initiatives that enhance emergency preparedness, behavioral health support, and crisis intervention strategies. Cultivate strong relationships with community partners, first responders, healthcare providers, and stakeholders to coordinate comprehensive emergency services. Oversee administrative functions including budgeting, documentation, compliance monitoring, and reporting to ensure program integrity and sustainability. Supervise staff performance through regular evaluations, coaching, and professional development opportunities. Ensure all team activities align with social services standards, legal requirements, and organizational policies. Requirements Must have a minimum of five years of ER experience and at least two years of management experience. Active Calif. RN license and BLS required.
