How You'll Lead Change as Regional Medical Director Work closely with the CMO to drive performance, uphold quality standards, and serve as liaison between the clinical and executive team. Provide strategic leadership for all clinical education initiatives, guiding the creation, execution, and evaluation of student training programs and overseeing a group of ~ 20 providers Act as a champion for population health, culturally competent care, and health equity across the region Who You Are Someone who listens with intention, never stops asking "what's next", and is not intimidated by challenges but views them as a step towards a greater goal.
