Job Description
General Description:
- Associate Director, Field Tools will serve as a strategic partner for Commercial and Medical Affairs Teams to support the launch and commercialization of BeOne's Oncology portfolio in North America.
- Essential Job Function
- + Serve as a strategic business partner for North America Commercial and Medical Affairs Field Leadership teams supporting ongoing functional priorities and execution with the platform/technology services offered by GCMT team.
- user access management, platform availability, application refreshes, regular data or information inquiries, platform communications
- outages, upgrades, regular maintenance etc. + Collaborate with Marketing Promotions teams to ensure all relevant digital content/multimedia is available to the field teams through the field tools. + Lead ongoing technical data operations and stewardship that impacts Field Tools/Technology platforms
- including ongoing territory structure changes, IC credit re-assignment and affiliation changes.

Qualifications:
- + 10+ years of relevant Biotech or Pharmaceutical industry experience, or a Master's degree with 7+ years of relevant experience, with deep understanding of Commercial and Medical Affairs business applications and technology solutions.
Education Required:
- + Bachelors in Science/Engineering/Information Management or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Travel:
- + Estimated 10-15%, primarily for key planning sessions, workshops, or major launch initiatives.
