team in global Coordinate and collaborate with commercial Market Access team Strategic Integration & Cross‑Functional Partnership Serve as the primary US Medical Affairs interface for CAR‑T market expansion with: Market Access Commercial team (without promotional overlap) Global Strategy team Collaborate on how materials forMSL & CVL
team are created Global Medical Affairs Evidence Generation (HEOR / RWE) and Clinical Development teams Ensure clear role delineation and strong alignment across functions to accelerate execution while maintaining medical integrity. Leadership & Governance Represent US Medical Affairs in leadership forums related to CAR‑T expansion, evidence strategy, and field execution. Contribute to budget planning, headcount strategy, and prioritization decisions impacting US Medical Affairs outcomes. Direct Reports Clinical Value Liaisons (CVLs), US Associate Director, US Medical Strategy- CAR‑T Market Expansion Qualifications & Experience MD, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent advanced scientific or clinical degree.
