Who We're Looking For We're seeking a visionary Longevity Medical Provider who is passionate about proactive healthcare, cellular optimization, and metabolic wellness. You will play a pivotal role in launching and leading our longevity services - including medical weight loss, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), and peptide therapy. You are an analytical thinker who can evaluate complex diagnostics, listen deeply, and craft individualized wellness plans that optimize patient health.

Requirements:

Licensed NP, PA, MD, or DO in California (active and in good standing) Advanced training and clinical experience in medical weight loss, Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), Peptide Therapy, and functional/longevity medicine Strong proficiency in comprehensive health assessments, metabolic evaluation, and complex lab interpretation Calm bedside manner, excellent communicator, confident but approachable Detail-oriented with the highest ethical and safety standards Excited to pioneer wellness protocols and grow with a fast-paced, high-standard brand

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and advance HoneMD's longevity programs, developing individualized treatment plans designed to optimize metabolic health, medical weight loss, hormone balance, and regenerative outcomes. Conduct comprehensive health assessments, evaluate diagnostic/lab findings, and oversee safe prescribing practices for weight loss medications, HRT, and peptide therapies. Bridge the gap between internal wellness and external aesthetics by providing long-term, results-driven care that complements our medspa services. Maintain best-in-class medical protocols, conduct routine chart reviews, and ensure regulatory compliance in alignment with state guidelines. Educate patients comprehensively on their wellness and weight loss journeys, setting realistic expectations, and providing detailed, empathetic follow-up care. Bonus if
