We are a 94 bed Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) located in a residential neighborhood.

Duties Include:

Maintaining and Organizing Resident Charts Inputting of Resident Information and ICD-10 codes for Diagnosis and Conditions Ensuring Complete and Accurate Medical Records Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, COC Audits as needed Maintain QA reports and minutes Management of an Assistant Communication with the Administrator, DON and all

Departments Other Assigned Tasks Qualifications:
