Monitors key clinical metrics for quality outcomes, manages clinicians and support staff for compliance, and implements changes for continuous improvement. Masters clinical systems for efficiency and compliance, drives patient and client experience metrics, and communicates with employers on new injuries and changes. Participates in meetings to improve quality and safety, maintains relationships with clients and payers, and manages staffing levels for optimal workflows. Leads collaboration within CLT for business outcomes, understands and contributes to financial drivers, and aligns center initiatives with organizational standards. Qualifications Graduate of accredited MD or DO program Medical Director experience Board certification / eligibility Occupational Medicine experience preferred; training available State licensure requirements; unrestricted DEA license required Eligibility for Medicare participation Concentra® pioneered the occupational medicine industry in 1979.
