The Opportunity Lead a high-volume regional laboratory operation with more than 300 employees, supporting a broad network of hospitals and emergency care facilities. Play a key role in strategic initiatives focused on expanding advanced molecular testing capabilities, supporting the future of precision medicine and targeted therapies. Join a nationally recognized pathology team of more than 200 board-certified multispecialty pathologists providing expert professional services across a large healthcare network. Champion innovation within the pathology service line, including digital pathology implementation and ongoing quality-driven, evidence-based care initiatives. Required:

AP/CP Board Certification Medical Director experience in a hospital-based setting preferred Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills Commitment to advancing digital pathology and laboratory innovation

Preferred:
