$290,000•$320,000 (before productivity bonus); approximate comp. after productivity bonus is $314,000•$464,000K; Comp includes base salary, Sign bonus, Quarterly bonus, Retention bonus, Patient visits productivity bi-weekly bonuses, 401K, and Full robust benefits package. Job Description•Medical Director Infectious Disease Physician Family Practice / Internal Medicine Physician Our healthcare center in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician dedicated to providing high-quality care to the local community. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Infectious Disease Physicians are responsible for providing high-quality care, meeting productivity standards, and collaborating with the care team to support patient well-being. Manage patient load efficiently with minimum targets per shift. Oversee patient scheduling and documentation for optimal care. Collaborate with care team to manage urgent care and patient follow-up effectively. Review and respond to patient reports, lab results, and imaging promptly. Provide after-hours on-call coverage as needed. Supervise mid-level providers (PAs and NPs) in adherence to legal requirements. Maintain necessary certifications and engage in ongoing professional development. Qualifications MD or DO with an active medical license, DEA registration, and Furnishing License. Outpatient primary care experience and ability to manage patient load efficiently. AAHIVM Certification within 18 months of hire and active CPR/BLS certification. Education & Skills Doctorate (M.D. or D.O.) with strong clinical and communication skills. Organized with the ability to interpret and apply medical information effectively.
