Salary Information:
Annual Salary:
$260,000.PCP Bonus:
Up to $24,000Medicare PCP Bonus:
Up to $36,000Benefits:

Plan:
Company matching available after 90 days.CME Allowance:
Annual allowance of $500.License Renewal:
Payment for medical state license, DEA, and NICA renewal.- Paid Time Off (PTO):
- 136 hours of PTO annually. (17 days)
- One floating holiday.
- One week of paid time off for CME.
- Ten paid holidays.
Role:
Average Patient Load:
20 patients per day (23-24 scheduled, minus cancellations).Patient Time:
15-20 minutes per patient.Age Range:
Patients 18 years and older.- Monday-Friday 8a-5p
Call:
only one week per year. During that week, call coverage is from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and 5:00 AM to 7:00 AM.- No hospital visits required
